Bug Description
The ironic-conductor image is missing some essential packages (`genisoimage` and `isolinux`) that are required to build bios/EFI ISO images.
Here are the errors caused by this:
1. Failed to prepare to deploy. Exception: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'mkisofs'
2. Failed to prepare to deploy: Creating iso image failed: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/
