Bug Description
I have successfully Installed and deployed Openstack kolla ansible in a baremetal server. Everything will be working fine, but once I Reboot the server everything gets crashed and none of the instances work and I am not able to create the instances after the reboot of the server

OS Version, Kernel used, Docker version, kolla-ansible version and inventory.
