Bug Description
Kolla-ansible is removing inventory file if stored in /etc/kolla , for example /etc/kolla/
Other files/dirs below are untouched
passwords.yml
globals.yml
globals.d
kolla-build.conf
config
certificates
Kolla shouldn't do this as inventory file is part of the configuration.
