Fluentd fails to parse rabbitmq logs correctly

Bug Description
The following behaviour is observed in a yoga deployment on rocky 9.1.
fluend version is "td-agent 4.4.2 fluentd 1.15.3 (e89092ce1132a9
opensearch version is "v 2.11.1"
the fluentd config is generated by kolla ansible here https:/
With this fluentd is tailing the log file correctly, as a source.
However the logs are not properly forwarded to opensearch for indexing, and I suspect they are not parsed correctly at all. I have attached fluentd.log in the Bug report.
