Bug Description

The qemu libvirt domain logs are currently written to the container filesystem in /var/log/libvirt/qemu. These contain useful debugging information e.g when debugging live migration failures. They also fill up the container filesystem as there is no periodic log rotation or cleanup of these files. In addition, they are lost on container redeploy. It would nice if we could ingest these files in the centralised logging to avoid to manually docker exec into the container to read them.

One implementation issue is that libvirt does not expose any configuration options to change the location or file ownership of these files.
