Bug Description
when trove performs backup action, trove uploads backup files to swift. By default, Trove discovers the swift endpoint from keystone. however, kolla-ansible doesn't configure keystone config in guest-agent.
this causes trove guest agent failed to discover swift endpoint. therefor, trove fails to perform backup action.

Fix trove failed to discover swift endpoint
This change fixes the trove failed to discover swift endpoint
by adding service_credentials in guest-agent.conf
