nova_fake_driver fails to start because of missing auth.conf

Bug Description

fake nova-compute nodes fail to start because auth.conf is missing and config.json states that it should be there even it seems it's not needed by the fake driver.

+ sudo -E kolla_set_configs
INFO:__main__:Loading config file at /var/lib/kolla/config_files/config.json
INFO:__main__:Validating config file
INFO:__main__:Kolla config strategy set to: COPY_ALWAYS
INFO:__main__:Copying service configuration files
INFO:__main__:Deleting /etc/nova/nova.conf
INFO:__main__:Copying /var/lib/kolla/config_files/nova.conf to /etc/nova/nova.conf
INFO:__main__:Setting permission for /etc/nova/nova.conf
ERROR:__main__:MissingRequiredSource: /var/lib/kolla/config_files/auth.conf file is not found

Hi Michał,

In the heat of setting the environment for the first time, I miswrote enable_nova_fake boolean. Sorry for the that. I fixed in the new patch.
