Wrong ansible version in docs

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

- [ x ] Ansible version is wrong `at least 4 and supports up to 5`, should be `at least 6 and supports up to 7`
- [ ] This is a doc addition request.
- [ x ] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.

4. Install Ansible. Kolla Ansible requires at least Ansible 6 (or ansible-core 2.14) and supports up to 7 (or ansible-core 2.15).

```
pip install 'ansible-core>=2.14,<2.16'
```
