Bug Description
SSO for Skyline is not possible to enable in kolla.
Prerequisites:
- https:/
Steps need to be done:
1. enable SSO in skyline.yaml

2. add skyline to keystone trusted dashboards

3. set keystone url to public endpoint ( internal does not work )
