External Elastic service enables Fluentd Opensearch export

With Zed (didn't test in Yoga, but was working in Xena), appears to still be the same in master branch.

When enabling an external elastic service, via the "elasticsearch_address" variable this will then enable "log_direct_to_opensearch" variable.

Doing this will make fluentd fail and not run. Setting "log_direct_to_opensearch" to false will resolve this and allow it to work.

This is then enables the opensearch.conf.j2 at line 125 in the same file.
