Yoga : Cannot update with new container images

Hi,

I followed the instructions here (https://docs.openstack.org/kolla-ansible/yoga/user/operating-kolla.html) to update my Openstack deployment with new container images. I am using a local registry, so
1 - I pulled the new images
2 - I tagged the new images
3 - I pushed the new images into my local registry
4 - I updated my kolla-ansible package using : pip3 install --upgrade git+https://opendev.org/openstack/kolla-ansible@stable/yoga

But after finishing the deploy, I noticed that my containers did not restart, so they haven't been replaced with the new images.

Is this the correct procedure?
