Bug Description
Cinder is be able to create backups for volumes on Amazon S3 object based storage.
Therefore, supporting the S3 driver as regular backup driver should help many users.
Hence Kolla-ansible should deploy Cinder backup with S3 backend support working out-of-the-box.
