Bug Description

When introducing cinder NFS storage to Kolla-Ansible deployed OpenStack (Wallaby and now Xena), the nova_compute or nova_libvirt containers create 128 overlapping NFS mounts on /var/lib/nova/mnt/<store_id> of the NFS back-end. Cant quite tell if its related to the occasional Cinder/NFS blockdev error, but they do seem to go away when removing all those mounts and restoring a single mounted back-end state with the same options.
