Per the kolla-ansible documentation, zun requires that other services, e.g., etcd, be enabled. These are not verified in 'prechecks' and not caught in 'checks' which results in excessive downtime and/or a broken service.
The defect may apply to other services that have required configurations that are not configured per kolla-ansible documentation and not verified in either 'prechecks' or 'checks.'
