Bug Description

When enable_central_logging=yes and there's a single monitoring node only - indices created by fluentd will immediately go into yellow health status. This is due to default number of replicas for the index equal to 1. If there's Alertmanager rule created for indices status other than green, the alert will fire immediately after the fresh deployment, which is not the best operator's experience.

health status index uuid pri rep docs.count docs.deleted store.size pri.store.size
yellow open flog-2021.08.05 Sxquri5hRtO0p2H6dJynrQ 1 1 120157 0 30.3mb 30.3mb
yellow open flog-2021.08.06 2wZy6_XURwmXLTTTPV1qaQ 1 1 94 0 7mb 7mb
green open .kibana_1 PQh8W0b2QHeRHjqr8_Jm1g 1 0 2 0 9.2kb 9.2kb

At least Kolla's documentation should mention this. Eg. yellow statuses can be avoided by creating an index template with replicas number = 0.
