Octavia: add dns_nameservers variable in lbaas-mgmt os_subnet

automatic deploy of octavia creates subnet without dns_nameservers option (provided by os_subnet ansible module)

i think variable like "octavia_amp_network_dns" will be very useful

thanks for you feedback, i want to know which scenario do we need DSN_nameserver? the subnet created by kolla-ansible should be only used for octavia amphora vm. amphora vms communicate with octavia through ip(not domain name). Do you use the subnet for another purpose?

debug purposes. but you are right, sorry,this is not really a bug,

It should be octavia_amp_network['subnet']['dns_nameservers'] rather than a separate variable.
