Glance role does not allow copying config files for image property protection and interoperable image import

Glance offers the following 2 features:
- https://docs.openstack.org/glance/latest/admin/interoperable-image-import.html
- https://docs.openstack.org/glance/latest/admin/property-protections.html#property-protections

Both features require extra configuration files for the glance service:
- for the interoperable-image-import the glance-image-import.conf is required (for image conversion etc)
- for the property protection user can define a file location with the configuration

Currently k-a does not offer a way to copy these configuration files.

    Enable glance role to copy extra configuration

    Glance role copies glance-image-import.conf
    when enabled to allow configuration of
    glance interoperable image import. Property
    protection can be enabled and file is copied.
