wsgi log filename different for each service everywhere

wsgi log filename different everywhere in the kolla-ansible wsgi-xxxx.conf.j2

which also affect mismatched in fluentd 01-rewrite-0.12.conf.j2

we want to unify the logfile name and search for any suggestions:

1)
cinder-api-wsgi-access.log
cinder-api-wsgi-error.log

2)
cinder-wsgi-access.log
cinder-wsgi-error.log

3)
cinder-api-access.log
cinder-api-error.log

which is preffered?

I'd say 3) because it is irrelevant that it's a wsgi app and it is the least surprising.
