Bug Description

This is CentOS 7 Train

single-node fails at rabbitmq connecting to epmd

multi-node fails at mariadb (so earlier than single-node) connecting gcomm for wsrep

CI needs longer dad wait than Ubuntu or Debian
INPUT ip6tables chain is never hit for vxlan0

Smaller issues stay with us but they are not important outside the CI.

The others were fixed/workarounded by contributions from 99cloud:
rmq - https://review.opendev.org/699458
maria - https://review.opendev.org/699172

I will issue a releasenote and update the docs.

summary: - ipv6 does not work on centos
+ ipv6 does not work on centos 7

    CentOS 7 IPv6 doc changes

It advertises C7 as an IPv6-compatible platform.
