automatic restart of murano_engine and horizon containers after clean install

guest vm: CentosOS 7.0
Kolla-ansible 8.0.0.0rc1

After a fresh install, no errors at all, I get an endless restarting of the murano_engine and horizon containers.

though it seems difficult to connect

is it the problem?

Looks like the problem is with the RabbitMQ clustering. Are all nodes able to communicate with each other without errors? Are the rabbit containers staying up on all nodes?

rabbitmq seems to be up on all nodes
