Bootstrap hangs on "Synchronizing time one-time" for a long time

Running kolla-ansible 7.0.0

kolla-ansible -i ./multinode bootstrap-servers

TASK [baremetal : Synchronizing time one-time] ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
changed: [control01]
changed: [compute01]
changed: [network01]

And hangs at this stage for a long period (5 minutes +)

Hi, do you really want to use host ntp during bootstrap?

If want to use host ntp without network access will need to configure your host's ntp config file to use your ntp servers or disable ntp if not needed.

enable_host_ntp: "no"
