Bug Description
This issue is seen with 'Pike', "Ocata" and in "4.0.0" as well.
When deploying the containers it fails as the MariaDb bootstrap container exits

If you redeploy it fails in the next role's bootstrap container.
This is a BLOCKER issue.
This issue is seen only from 1/31/2018. It was not seen before and things were working fine

Please, add more information. We need logs to be able debug whats happening.
Add logs from bootstrap_mariadb container and logs from /var/lib/
Also add your globals.yml, custom config files and kolla/kolla-ansible versions
