Bug Description
Ironic inspector's configuration does not specify an interface (endpoint type) in the [ironic] section. This means that it uses the default public interface. Inspector can be configured to use a different interface by setting the [ironic] os_endpoint_type option.

Ensure inspector uses internal ironic interface
Kolla-ansible typically configures services to access the internal API
endpoint of other services, rather than the default public endpoint.
This change ensures that this is the case for ironic inspector.
