Doc: object store validation commands are not align with "quick start"

Bug Description

In swift-guide.rst the object store validation commands are unaligned with "quick start".

In "quick start", the python-openstackclient is recommended. It is better validate each services with "openstack" commands.

It is better to update the document swift-guide.rst, and change "python-swiftclient" commands to "python-openstackclient" commands.

    Doc: update swift-guide in kolla-ansible

    In kolla-ansible "quick start" document, the python-openstackclient
    is recommended. It is better to validate Swift with "openstack"
    commands instead of "swift" commands.
