Bug Description
We are using kolla on aarch64 and started using kolla-ansible to deploy it. Part of deploying is fetching CirrOS image and get it running as example.
The problem is that it is using 0.3.5 version for x86-64. Always.
0.4.0~pre1 version supports x86-64 (direct, bios, uefi), aarch64 (direct, uefi) and ppc64le (direct, the bootloader used by qemu) architectures.
We need to handle several architectures there.
