rabbitmq tag not match in fluentd

infra.rabbitmq tag does not match in fluentd

Always was rabbit until this change https://review.openstack.org/#/c/498343/6/ansible/roles/common/templates/conf/input/03-rabbitmq.conf.j2

log file is rabbit.log which causes rabbitmq no being correctly read.

Check fluentd logs with rabbitmq:
