Bug Description
A cleanup of ExecStart in docker systemd service is missing from kolla multinode guide.
Not cleaning this will cause:
Aug 18 09:16:17 kolla.lab systemd[1]: docker.service has more than one ExecStart= setting, which is only allowed for Type=oneshot services. Refusing.

Already fixed in master, was looking at ocata :(
