[DOC] Elastic search eats up space quickly

During OSIC testing we've found out that logs from across cluster ate up space in /var/lib/docker quickly. Elasticsearch had a lot of logs, which is expected, however we might want to note that in docs that if you're running centralized logging, you should give /var/lib/docker adequate space. Also maybe some default log rotation would be good.
