Bug Description

The igc.ko module is currently in the modules-extra package in the m:linux-intel-opt kernel. It needs to move to the modules package.

Boot testing is failing on machines that have a i225/i226 NIC, as it only installs the module package, and not the modules-extra package, so the igc.ko module isn't being installed. This causes the machine to drop off the network, and report a boot testing failure.
