Bug Description

Refused support by KDE as Ubuntus implementation is too old and not eligible for support anymore.

SUMMARY
This change occurred somewhen over the last two weeks, I think i noticed it first a few days ago.
I am unsure if this is connected to putting the OS into standby with two active users logged in or something.
It can be clearly seen, that all WiFis are shown as connected, which they are obviously not.
My own WiFis that actually is connected shows "connect" button at the bottom above my disabled VPN Connection.
Let me know what files or clicmd outputs your need for further diagnosis, will be happy to support.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on WiFi icon (->menu pops up)
2. see what can be seen in the attached screenshot
3. Repeat process (->constant outcome of the above picture)

OBSERVED RESULT
graphical evidauncee

EXPECTED RESULT
Seeing my own WiFi as connected, but others as connectable.
