Kubuntu should change my default browser to rekonq on every update of KDE

After every update I have change the default browser back to Konqueror because it is changed to Rekonq. Since Rekonq still has too much crashes I prefer to use Konqueror as default and Firefox as alternative. It is very bad behaviour if this is just changed without asking the user. It would be very nice if this behaviour would be changed.
I have to report this bug to Kipi-Plugins because there does not seem to be another way to report a bug to Kubuntu since all KDE-bugs are reported to bugs.kde.org. Since this bug definitely is a distrobug, it needs to be reported here.
