Bug Description

It seems that the config generation function is broken in Kingbird. no matter to use oslo-configur-generator or tox -egenconfig

xxx all listener should be removed

in setup.cfg, following configuration should be removed too.

xxx kingbird.common.manager = kingbird.common.manager:list_opts
xxx kingbird.api.controllers.quota_manage= kingbird.api.controllers.quota_manage:list_opts
xxx opts in kingbird.api.controllers.quota_manager not used

xxx kingbird.common.baserpc= kingbird.common.baserpc:list_opts should be removed
