Bug Description

Kingbird API is not able to communicate with Kingbird Engine. The call/cast requests are aborting by the below message.

Endpoint does not support RPC method
""'

Even, The current RPC implementation is complex and error prone. Need to simplify it.

    RPC refactoring

    Fix for the bug where api is not able to
    send request to engine over RPC.
    Modified and added UTs wherever required.
