Bug Description
This operations don't work from popup menu or hotkeys when edit a field. Nothing enter to clipboard.
The 'Вставить' operation paste another text from clipboard.
Ver.3.13
Affected OS:
Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 SP1.
In Ubuntu all works good.
