Bug Description

Hi all.

When the module position file is generated and there are TH and SMD components in the PCB, the file just contains the location of the SMD components but not the position of the TH components.

Performing position file by sides or by board the result is same.

2013-07-07 BZR 4022 stable
Windows XP

Best regards.

What did they say on the user's mailing list? Did they say it was a bug?
Sounds like a request for help that might be better resolved where help is
offerred, than a bug report.

Hi Dick.

I think that is a bug. I don't need help about module position file generation. I say that Kicad in this case, and under my point of view, it's possible that is not working correctly.

This is not a bug. You need help.
Seen Pcbnew doc, chapter 12.11, and the tool tip in Module Properties dialog, in Attribute Options.

Yes, it's true.

Just is necessary to indicate "normal+insert" in attributes for each TH component.

Finally, the module position file is complete.

Thank you so much for your help, and I think that this "bug" message can be erased if you want.

Best regards and thank you again.
