Missing grid origin point when restarts PCBnew

Hi all.

The origin point placed in pcb is missing when restarts PCBnew. So, each time I have to place origin point for the grid because the location of this one is not saved.

Version: Kicad 2013-07-07 BZR 4022
System: Windows XP

I temporarily removed the retentitive support when the load/save was moved
into plugins.
Plugins by rule may not access data structures outside the BOARD.

We need to move grid origin into the BOARD first.
