LEGACY_PLUGIN class won't let you overwrite, even if the UI will ask you and will let you.

  I tried to export a library from footprint editor, and overwriting an already existing one, so
the UI asked me "Do you really want to overwrite?", I said yes, but then LEGACY_PLUGIN throw an exception:
