Add option for small toolbar icons

I've just tried 0.0.201112101853+3290~10~natty1 - and I can notice some new icons, and I actually like them :)

However, since I'm working on a netbook, the new large icons take up valueable space; I'd like to have an option (maybe in Kicad/Preferences?) so I can revert to a small version of the icons (like they used to be in, say, 0.0.20101024-1).

One way to approach this is to make the bitmap library be a series of SHARED libraries at
build time under different directories.

Then at install time you would install the DLL/DSO which best matches your computer.

I don't have any enthusiasm for doing this work, since I have 2 28" monitors under my nose.

Why one would one use a netbook computer for designing a PCB is beyond me....

Again, all purchase orders and patches will be considered.

I think this will be contemplated with the new configuration window on v6 (already in Nightly).

I think we should consider this fixed with Chris' patch that added icon scaling that is user configurable.

I'm not sure that Alexis' patch completely resolves this. It is a good stop-gap but I'd prefer to solve this with optional small/large icons in the set.
