module libraries not version control "friendly"

Bug Description
When a footprint is edited, the footprint record in the module file is removed and reattached at the end of the file. I'd wish that the modified record is modified in the same relative location: this will ensure that version control makes better sense.
Contrary to this: eeschema library behaves as desired.
