The fields :Description, key words, link datasheet are not present in .lib file ??
you can confirm ?

These fields are not a part of .lib file but part of .dcm file

On component export, the dcm file should be generated ?

Confirmed, both .LIB and .DCM is generated when exporting component from Part Library Editor.
