wishlist: user accessible commands

suggestion for UI :
1. Every commands must user viewable. For example : "reset local coordinate" can only accessed by hot key. I suggest something like "zero location" tool
2. drag tool : user don't need for right click. Currently, this tool can only accessed by right click. First time user may don't realize that kicad has this tool.
3. bulk copy tool : one time copy and many paste until the tool ends. Currently it only has "copy" tool to copy and the tool end after the parts has been placed.
4. Alternate grid select: helps most for pcbNew to switch to finer grid by pressing hotkey (or modifier). If you can switch units, why you can switch between finer and coarser grid?

using BZR2986-WinXP binary, run on win7 64-bit

I think that all of these are addressed. If any remain problematic, let's open a single bug report for the desired behavior
