Wrong working directory when loading from a windows Toolbar

When I load a kicad project from a windows Toolbar (windows XP -> Folder in taksbar), the working directory is set to the user directory ("documents and settings/foo/") instead of the project directory.
The file list displays the wrong files, but all of kicad's programs load the correct file (from the project directory).
The window head title is correct and displays the project directory path.

Attached is a screenshot showing kicad loading the same project from explorer and from the toolbar:
Right -> launched from the toolbar
Left -> launched from explorer
(I had to black out the company projects)

I cannot reproduce this issue.
Your Kicad version is too old. Please update it.
