Bug Description
Attached image shows problems, which are numerous:
1) background editor window does not repair itself as dialog is dragged around screen, leaving motion blur.
2) Dialog does not resize properly, fields do not grow, nor to the OK or Cancel buttons stay near the bottom.
3) The initial size of the combo box widths are too small to see the choices.
