Bug Description

Hi,
We host our libraries on the company intranet. When opening eeschema, during librarie presence checking, KiCAD reports those libraries as missing, while they're not.
We have determined that some kind of timeout is in cause, since having the folder opened on explorer solves this issue.
The problem does not seem to repeat after closing the instance of the librarie folder on explorer after eeshema succesfully loaded the libraries.

This may have to do with how Windows handles network folders.
We all work on the windows version of KiCAD. I haven't tried to reproduce it on Linux, since I'm not supposed to install linux on my machine.

This is a fault of Kicad?
How?

Orcad is set up the same way and has no problem with network librairies.
So does Xilinx ISE.
Only KiCAD seems to behave this way.

Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent build on an up-to-date windows system?
Anyway, this sounds more like an problem with the underlying system / toolkit.
