Tables are sized oddly in global design rules

Bug Description
The "Custom via sizes" and "Custom track widths" -tables in pcbnew -> Design Rules -> Design Rules menu are sized quite oddly. They don't look too uniform. Especially custom track widths is really narrow on my system. Maybe change them to the same size (so they'd look a bit more uniform)?
Build: 2011-01-19 BZR 2746 testing and ubuntu 10.10.
