Bug Description
A copper layer gerber exported to PCBNew from Gerbview never includes component pads (at least not for SMT components), just the tracks.
PCBNew/Gerbview (2010-05-05 BZR 2356)-stable / XP Pro SP3.

It includes SMD pads too, but the size of the segments is set to a width of 0 in the resulting board size.
See the attached screenshot - the pads had been set to a width of 0.5mm by hand!
So the pads are there, but with the wrong size (and shape).
