Bug Description

Version: BZR 2356
Platform: Windows7

I would like to see the ability to define the location of the directory for output files created by plot. Currently they are saved by default in the projects root directory and is not configurable.

Use Case:

In the current pcbnew plot output screen an additional output directory field is added that displays the current output location.

To the right of this is a button to define the output location. (alternately this button cloud be added to where the existing buttons live) when pressed it displays a file selection dialog that the user selects the new output directory

Pressing Ok Saves the new location to the output directory field on the original screen.

Pressing Cancel returns unchanged

The existing save settings button also saves the output directory field so it doesn't have to be re-selected each time.

I would like to suggest that this idea is extended to cover all manufacturing files; it's all to easy to miss one when picking them out to place them in a zip archive, particularly if using the many and varied "standard" gerber file extensions.
