No save Dialog/Warning when a Change was made in "Annottate schematic"

Under Debian Lenny.

1)I place a new component and save the schematic (without enumeration or a valid reference number for the new component).

After saving:

2) Using "Annotate schematic", I made automatic enumeration of new symbols (scope: Entire schematic; keep existing annotation).

3) Using file->Quit program exists without asking me to save changes (new Reference numbers from annotation).
