Errors of translation

In Russian PCBnew
1) Grammatics error in button ==To execute verification of planning rules===.
2) If select English language, but text of the buttons is in Russian language

Can anybody confirm if the grammar is still incorrect in the latest translation?

I have filed the second part (about the button text not updating) as bug 1392582.

By the way, haven't mentioned it before, but there are two original english phrases in sources that look nearly the same:

#: eeschema/tool_sch.cpp:149
msgid "Perform electric rules check"
#: eeschema/menubar.cpp:450
msgid "Perform electrical rule check"

may be we should to rid one of those?
I suppose that electrical is the correct one because of google search hits count...
