Would it be possible to draw arcs on copper layers?

Drawing filled rectangles and arcs on copper layers is necessary for capacitive sliders and wheels.
Drawing text and graphics on copper layers can be used to draw a logo on the board when silk screen is not used.
6,5 year after... Dream on.... Oh come on, this can't be that hard to disable warning and let user draw circle/whatever on copper layer?
Is it simply a case of disabling a warning?
Or is it also a case of having to deal with DRC, zone fills and pad and via placement?
There is now (current nightly which will become kicad 5) a way to get circles and arcs onto copper. The custom pad can have these primitives
